Jonathan Underwood, President
Jonathan Underwood is a visionary entrepreneur driven by a passion to serve others. A seasoned veteran of the food and hospitality industry, he founded PSi with little more than a dream, two people, and a van.
Bo Garland, AIA, VP of Design
Bo Garland is an energetic and creative architect with over 17 years of industry experience. He joined the PSi team in September 2013 to develop the architectural design department, PSi Design.
Don Cooper, Senior Project Manager
Don Cooper has over 26 years of experience in the construction industry and is an incredible asset to the management team. Prior to joining PSi, he was a U.S. Army Ranger and a successful home builder. His attention to detail, communication, and customer service are essential to PSi’s success.
Don is married and has 4 children. He is an avid Clemson Tigers fan.
Kim Keadle, Director of Business Operations
Kim graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She earned a double major in Human Resource Management and Marketing. She has over 15 years of experience in office management and accounting. Her previous employers include Laidlaw Environmental Services (TOC), Inc., Café Enterprises, and John D. Edwards Construction, Inc. She is well-versed in the regulatory environment, hospitality business, and construction industry. She has been with PSi since June 2012.
